When ordering or requesting information about a specific item,
please be sure to provide the ordinal number next to the item name
(e.g. "silver earrings 5. HATS (HANGING)" or just "silver earrings 5.").
The order includes the obligation to pay for the ordered items.
Please send us an e-mail or message (SMS, Viber, Whatsapp)
to inform us about the payment made and state which items the payment refers to
(so that you can be issued an invoice for paid items and so that the selected items can be packed immediately).
The customer will be notified by e-mail about the confirmation of the order
(receipt of an e-mail containing the customer's order).
By return e-mail, the buyer will be sent an invoice for the ordered items and will be notified of the shipment.
In case it is not possible to deliver any of the ordered items for any reason,
the buyer will be notified (by phone or e-mail)
in order to agree on the purchase of another item that can be delivered immediately,
subsequent production of the ordered item, change of the order or cancellation of the order.
Selling via a website or via email is a distance selling
(seller and buyer are not physically present at the same time).
Unless the customer has chosen cash on delivery,
the seller may terminate the agreement on the sale of the item (if the buyer does not pay the purchase price)
and is not obliged to deliver the product (until the buyer pays the total amount of the purchase price).
If the buyer for some reason does not want to pick up the shipment and the shipment is returned to the seller,
the seller will not repeat the delivery attempt.
If the buyer does not pick up the shipment without good reason,
we have the right to ask the buyer to reimburse the cost of transport.
Before ordering a product, the buyer is required to read the Terms and conditions.

The purchase can be made with the confirmation of the buyer
that he has previously read and understood the Terms and conditions written here,

- express mail
- delivery service
The cost of postage is paid by the buyer by cash on delivery.
The delivery price depends on the type of delivery the buyer chooses (regular shipment, express mail, delivery service...).

Replacement of goods can be done within 30 days, only upon presentation of invoice, undamaged and in the original packaging.
If no agreement is reached regarding the replacement or repair of the goods, a refund is possible.
